Overview:
A dynamic opportunity for a highly experienced therapist to take on a leadership role at a well-regarded multidisciplinary centre in Dubai. We are looking for a strategic, hands-on professional to lead and manage a team of therapists, ensuring service excellence and continued growth in paediatric therapy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and mentor a multidisciplinary therapy team
- Oversee clinical service delivery across the centre and outreach school programs
- Ensure compliance with professional and ethical standards
- Develop therapy programs and introduce new service offerings
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support client outcomes
- Provide regular reports, feedback, and service updates to management
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Degree in Speech & Language Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or related field
- Dubai Health Authority (DHA) license or eligibility
- Minimum 5 years in a clinical paediatric role
- Proven experience managing a therapy team
- Strong organisational, leadership, and communication skills
- UAE driving license and own vehicle
- Familiarity with outreach and school-based therapy services
Desirable:
- Postgraduate qualification in leadership or specialised therapy areas
- Experience in strategic development and business growth
- Understanding of UAE healthcare regulations
