We are seeking a Performance Analyst to join a leading medical facility in Zurich. This role is integral to optimizing processes and driving strategic development in a dynamic healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth analyses and perform various controlling tasks, including KPI management, capacity planning, and individual case analyses.
- Develop and deliver performance reports to support management decision-making.
- Enhance and optimize capacity models to improve resource allocation and planning precision.
- Monitor operational efficiency, identify improvement opportunities, and design measures to increase performance.
- Collaborate across departments to analyze and optimize patient pathways, ensuring efficient and high-quality care.
- Train and support staff in utilizing analytical tools and improving data quality and usage.
Requirements:
- Business training with further qualifications in healthcare or hospital management.
- Several years of relevant experience, preferably at a specialist level.
- Strong knowledge of hospital systems, regulatory requirements (Swiss DRG system, SPLG), and controlling expertise.
- Proficiency in analytical tools, software, and large-scale data management.
- Experience in process, quality, or project management is an advantage.
- High self-motivation, independence, and proactive problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work within interdisciplinary teams.
- Fluency in German (native or business level); English and other languages are a plus.
