Position Title: Physiotherapist – Full-Time
Locations: Multiple Locations, Australia
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Physiotherapist to join a leading allied health practice located in Mackay, QLD. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about helping people improve their mobility, health, and overall wellbeing through expert physiotherapy care.
Requirements:
As a Physiotherapist, your duties will include:
- Assessing physical conditions to diagnose musculoskeletal, neurological, and
cardiothoracic issues. - Developing and applying effective treatment plans using a range of physiotherapy
techniques (e.g., tailored exercises, hydrotherapy, clinical Pilates, massage therapy,
shock wave therapy, acupuncture). - Safely using physiotherapy equipment such as electrotherapy technologies, ultrasound,
and exercise tools. - Maintaining accurate, secure, and up-to-date patient records.
- Referring patients to other medical professionals when required.
- Creating a supportive and comfortable treatment environment.
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Skills and Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an AHPRA-registered Physiotherapist.
- At least 1 year of experience in a private practice setting.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport and trust.
- Goal-oriented, business-minded, and committed to excellent client care.
- Experience in treating a wide range of conditions using diverse therapeutic approaches.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy.
- Current AHPRA registration.
- Professional indemnity insurance.
- Membership with relevant professional bodies is advantageous.
What’s On Offer
- Salary range: AUD 80,000 – AUD 120,000 (based on experience)
